The WoW factory is there to support teams but more so, it is about the business (remember our definition of the business puts the people at the core) and is a partnership with the people to either fix or grow the business.
Employees are partnered in a process designed to:
1. Define success to determine what “we want” – a desired end state.
2. Measure the current state of the business.
3. Identify both the strategic and operational priorities that we need to focus on.
4. Define key transformation projects .
5. Implement these projects.
All projects will undergo a business case development process followed by the implementation of the solution. Given that the projects are at different stages in the development process, the aim will be to transgress the projects towards implementation (and to ROI resulting from the implementation).
We define ROI in measurable terms in the following areas of the business:
