Ishmael is an entrepreneur, business consultant/coach and highly successful project and program manager. Ishmael is passionate about technology, business and project implementation and has led a variety of project teams in the financial services sector to implement cutting edge technology solutions. He has a deep understanding of both technology and business.

 

Ishmael holds a BSC Honours in Information Systems and has obtained his MBA from the University of Cape Town in 2010. Over the years he has been involved in Management Consulting (as part of the IQ Business Group) and project and programme management at FNB where he was responsible for leading teams of Analysts, Architects, Software Developers, Change Managers and other IT specialists on projects and programmes within FNB. The types of projects included technology, business change and process re-engineering projects. I led teams on engagements to optimise the management of cash in FNB and provide new account opening at Mini Slimline Devices using fingerprint technology.

 

Ishmael is currently highly involved in a (SaaS) software as a service offering which helps businesses to align their operations to strategy whilst automating the performance and leave management processes. He has also built a mobile store platform that enables migrants to buy goods in one location or country which are then collected by their relatives in another.

 

Ishmael has over 10 years experience in the areas of technology, business and projects. He also has a strong understanding of the financial services sector having spent over 6 years running projects in the sector.              

 

Ishmael is a also strong family man, a husband and a father.
